Architectural Office in Bunschoten/Spakenburg

The building complex, designed for the architect's own firm, was conceived from the outset as a structure of five identical units, each accommodating a typical architect's office. The plans were developed even before the land was acquired, allowing for flexibility in the final layout based on the available space. This also provided a prototypical approach to arranging such compact building structures. A similar approach can be used to construct residential units on limited land.
