San Felice Residential Town near Milan
San Felice is equipped with all the amenities and facilities required for a residential town: numerous shops and a shopping centre, restaurants, schools, a church, a post office, banks, a medical centre, a movie theatre, sports and recreation facilities, a library, a central parking garage, administrative offices, etc. The town covers a total area of 790,000 square metres, of which 650,000 square metres are gardens and public spaces. The guiding principle of "New Town in the Green" is reflected in the extensive planting of approximately 30,000 shrubs and trees.
