Four Single-family Houses on a 1200 Sqm Plot
The 1200 sq m east-facing slope plot, with a 23° incline, offers a beautiful view of the Neckar Valley. Access is from the upper access road, where the parking spaces allocated to the building complex are also located. There is also access from the public footpath to the north (via stairs). Due to the building depth, the adaptation to the terrain resulted in staggered building volumes, each half story offset. The staggered arrangement from west to east was designed to maximize south-facing windows. Building I, which adjoins Building II to the north, features a light well.
