Office and laboratory building in Munich
The site used for the Sager & Woerner company building is located in the east of Munich, directly adjacent to the expressway leading to Munich-Riem Airport. Due to the airport's proximity, a building height of only one ground floor and four upper floors was permitted. The building complex, with approximately 40,000 cubic metres of enclosed space for around 400 workplaces (expandable by approximately 40%), consists of a five-storey office building and a two-storey laboratory building. The office building primarily houses individual offices, design offices, the entrance hall, the cafeteria, the heating plant and electrical supply, as well as archives. Both individual offices and larger groups of rooms can be configured within the building.
