The building complex, articulated and staggered by terraces and patios, comprises two interconnected apartments and sits on a 2500 m² plot, detached on a partly rocky, partly green slope overlooking the sea. It is conceived as a village-like grouping of interconnected structures, organized around courtyards on the hillside: an (expandable) organism in which each building forms a space and in which the living areas (living room, dining room, master bedroom, children's bedroom, guest bedroom, hall) are each recognizable by their gently sloping shed roofs, while the passageways and utility rooms are distinguished by their gravel-covered flat roofs.
