A very narrow, cleared plot of land, sloping northeast towards Lake Hertha, formerly occupied by a villa, in a prime landscape setting. The existing mature trees were significantly integrated into the architectural design. Given the topography, the building's layout and design prioritized optimal sun exposure and good views.
