The unusual shape of the plot, in the immediate vicinity of mixed, open residential development, determined the building's floor plan. Situated below a railway line and at a deep cutting through it, this "corner house on a railway embankment" was created. The concept aimed to reflect the corner form of the building in the interior as well, with all rooms flowing seamlessly into the floor plan. At the outer corner, the dominant chimney continues in a valley that, in turn, connects with the flowing roofline and finds its counterpart in the garden.
