Secondary School in Seesen
Spatial program and building layout: The school, designed as a three-stream grammar school, comprises 27 regular classrooms, four workrooms for elective courses, specialist classrooms for the sciences and arts, special rooms for traffic education, a library, a language lab, a projection room, administrative offices, and a common area. Attached to the school is a sports complex with a double gymnasium and a gymnastics hall. An "agora," located in the centre of the break areas on the terrace of the lower level, is enclosed by the school building and the sports hall. It forms the public forum of the complex and serves for school and extracurricular events, as well as for free lessons and exhibitions of the arts and technology subjects.
