On the corner plot of two streets that converge on a square, a seven-storey office building with an almost semicircular facade stands. This design provides good urban integration with the adjacent old church and also facilitates efficient traffic flow. The ground floor and mezzanine, both set back behind an 8.70-metre-high continuous arcade, house a bank on the first floor. The remaining floors contain individual offices on either side of a central corridor. Two basement levels provide underground parking for 40 cars.
