Along a two-storey access corridor running parallel to a slope, one identical building with two upper floors is arranged on the uphill side, and two on the downhill side. There is no basement. Both floors house medical research laboratories with adjoining offices. Future expansion is possible by extending the central corridor and connecting additional buildings. Due to the slope, the buildings are raised on four columns of unequal length, spaced 9.15 m apart in both directions. At the level of the two upper floor slabs, three Vierendeel trusses span the length of the building; these are visible in the facades and on the interior of the corridor and cantilever 3.05 m on either side of the columns.
