A 3.0 m projecting steel girder grid rests horizontally on the concrete base. A second grid of the same side length, supporting the roof structure, is raised on top of this grid by four columns positioned approximately at the corners of the base. Wind resistance is achieved through a frame effect, as the columns are rigidly connected to the upper grid. The lower grid is partially suspended from the upper grid by hangers positioned in front of the facade.
