Single-Family House in Ludwigshafen
The gently sloping, irregularly shaped plot is located on the outskirts of the city and faces southwest. The house was designed to provide ample sheltered outdoor space and to form a cohesive unit with the garden. Spatial layout: The extensive floor plan includes a separate master bedroom wing, the living area, a spacious separate children's wing, and a swimming pool in the basement (of the children's wing). The various room groups are arranged around the central staircase in the heart of the house, each offset by half a story.
