The entire facade of the upper floors was clad (Kellpax system) with Hoag Cor-Ten steel. The horizontally arranged louvers are 250 mm wide and 1 mm thick. Vertical pilasters made of T-profiles, and I-profiles next to the windows, serve to stiffen the cladding and articulate the exterior wall surface. The louvers and roof cornice are coated on the back with an anti-drumming material. The substructure consists of bent Cor-Ten profiles, attached to the masonry with adjustable brackets. To prevent expansion noise, all screw connections are fitted with plastic washers. The cladding panels and substructure components have elongated holes.
