Service station canopies in Großenmoor on the Bad Hersfeld-Heilbronn motorway near Fulda. Double-symmetrical cantilevered roof structures were chosen for the canopies, suspended from a central pylon. In contrast to the flat cubes of the service station buildings, the main load-bearing elements of the canopy are made of steel tubes painted red.
