The building complex is divided into a two-storey and a three-storey section; connecting them is a long hall and stairwell. The two sections are situated on different levels. Their floor plans consist of hexagonal units, each measuring 60.50 square metres with sides of 4.85 metres. Ceiling heights between the floor and the suspended ceiling are 2.80 metres (height from top of the structural ceiling to top of the structural ceiling: 3.40 metres). The columns, spaced 8.40 metres apart (centre to centre), have a diameter of 0.75 metres; they also house ventilation, telephone, and electrical lines. The entire spatial structure is spacious and open.
