The building's design was complicated by the acute triangular shape of the plot, which is bisected by two streets with a difference in elevation of approximately 8.50 m. The main entrance is on the 3rd floor above the lowest office level. The floors are designated Levels 1-7. Space utilization: Four open-plan offices are distributed across Levels 3-6 (541 sq m, 535 sq m, 468 sq m, and 306 sq m); each has restrooms located at the core. - Level 1: Technical rooms with heating system, oil tank, ventilation and air conditioning unit, main electrical distribution panel, telephone exchange, air-raid shelters, and archive room. - Level 2: Parking garage for approximately 20 cars with access to the stairwell and elevators. - Level 7: Roof structure: caretaker's apartment, elevator machinery, exhaust systems, cooling tower.
