The retirement home on Clay-Allee in Berlin is designed for a younger demographic. Therefore, the site was chosen with the aim of offering residents both the opportunity for long walks in green surroundings and the chance to participate in the cultural life of the city. The entire complex is divided into two separate wings, connected on the ground floor by an enclosed walkway.
