The building, constructed on a T-shaped ground plan, houses living quarters, communal spaces, and a chapel. Staggered floors create terraces, some of which, like the large roof terrace, are accessible via external staircases. The reinforced concrete frame features prefabricated, standardized concrete parapet panels, each secured at one of the four corners with steel bolts. The contrasting, alternating larger, grey-green panels and white panels creates a distinctive visual effect across the entire complex. The concrete columns and shear walls were left in their original textured exposed concrete state and treated with a transparent surface sealant. The terraces are paved with 20 x 30 cm red clay tiles.
