Two Apartment Buildings in Rome

An experiment by a construction company, giving the architects they commissioned to design two apartment buildings complete creative freedom, proved successful: Despite a significant oversupply of high-end condominiums in Rome, the apartments sold quickly at very high prices. Buyers appreciated the architects' ingenuity and dedication in differentiating each apartment, both inside and out, to achieve maximum individuality, even within a multi-family building. This particular building is situated on the edge of the development and offers unobstructed views to the south, overlooking a wooded hillside. The apartments are therefore oriented towards this view, with their main rooms, balconies, and continuous window fronts facing the hillside. The depth of the apartments is interrupted by stepped ceilings, further enhancing the connection to the outdoors.
