The fully-basemented house has 150 square metres of living space. The large living room occupies the front half of the house. Its wall of windows is divided by a fireplace clad in hand-painted bricks; this fireplace has a firebox opening to the covered patio and another opening to the interior. The living room can be divided by a folding wall into a smaller study and the larger living area with the fireplace and seating area. A smaller dining room adjoins the living room; it can be separated by a curtain and is connected to the kitchen by direct access and a serving hatch.
