Project studies determined the traffic flow and the final space requirements, and then the construction program was implemented in one phase. It comprises four functional groups on three levels. The truck hall, the administration wing, and the warehouse wing with social areas are grouped around a courtyard that serves as an access zone, ensuring that the various functional groups are connected by short routes.
