The plot of land is triangular in shape. It is located in a newly developed building area designated for residential and administrative buildings. One of the client's requirements was that the entire project be constructed in several phases; this, along with the shape of the plot, determined the division of the complex into a circular building positioned at the street corner and an elongated rectangular wing, which is to be built in a second phase along the rear property line. A stair tower adjoins the circular building on the side facing away from the street corner; it will later connect to the row of buildings.
