The terraced design of the apartment building is primarily motivated by the hillside and coastal location of the site, situated between two cross streets. Each apartment is designed to offer unobstructed views of the harbor bay with its waterfront park and the city skyline. The complex, which rises to six stories, comprises eleven single-storey apartments and a two-storey townhouse. Due to the staggered arrangement of the units, no single section of the building exceeds two stories.
