As part of a larger hotel complex in Brela (with approximately 2,000 beds), a tourist centre was built, encompassing the service facilities shown in the floor plan. The upper floor includes a restaurant with a terrace. Architecturally, the aim was to accommodate the program of spaces within differentiated building volumes and to align with the Mediterranean architectural style prevalent on this coast, which is particularly evident in the roof design. The load-bearing masonry, resting on concrete foundations, is constructed using traditional local masonry techniques.
