The entire high-rise structure rests on eight individual reinforced concrete columns that penetrate the adjoining low-rise building. Exterior walls are constructed of white exposed concrete with a rough formwork finish; interior walls consist of mineral fibre insulation panels, drywall, and vinyl wallpaper. Window sills are made of grey reinforced concrete composite elements. Aluminium tilt-and-turn windows with insulated glazing are installed. The wet core consists of reinforced concrete or perforated bricks with ceramic wall coverings.
