A high-rise building serves as the terminus of a staggered block development. The 75 residential units, each with 76-100 square metres of living space spread across sixteen floors, are arranged in a wing-like pattern around a central access tower (containing stairwells, elevators, and energy supply). Access is provided via short walkways; each apartment has its own separate entrance. All living rooms and bedrooms receive natural light from the southeast to southwest; access and ancillary rooms are located on the north side.
