The school complex is divided into a pavilion wing for the primary school, a classroom building for the secondary school, and the gymnasium; construction was carried out in phases. The first phase comprised six classrooms with adjoining rooms and the gymnasium. Extensions beyond the initially planned program were included from the outset: two classroom pavilions, a caretaker's apartment, and a bicycle shelter. The individual construction phases were clearly separated to ensure efficient school operations. Regarding the urban planning and land use, particular consideration had to be given to integrating a sports field into the overall complex, ensuring that its use would minimize disruption to school activities (during school holidays, the field is also used by clubs). All building wings are connected by a covered walkway.
