A total area of 2058 square metres was developed. The area in front of the main entrance and the garages, accessible via a covered ramp with a gradient of up to 12%, was covered with a hanging garden formed by concrete shells. The flat roof is planted as a roof garden; some sections also incorporate roof bathrooms. Two children's playgrounds are located in the basement, with access to the garden. Planting beds serve as privacy screens and balustrades, as well as providing canopies for the terraces. The hanging gardens in front of the apartments and above the entrance and driveway area are characteristic features of the building complex. After comparing costs, Normko HP shells were chosen. The main advantage lies in the industrially prefabricated concrete elements with large spans, which were crucial for the desired hanging gardens. The section used as a planting tray was painted; it received a gravel bed, followed by fiberglass insulation and topsoil (the fiberglass insulation prevents the topsoil from entering the drainage system).
