The building complex housing the Natural Sciences Department and the library forms the western boundary of the college campus. It is situated on a slight rise, directly connected to the other college buildings: the dormitories to the east and the planned dining halls with bookstores to the south and north. Three separate buildings, enclosing a central plaza, house the natural science departments of physics, chemistry, and biology, including laboratories, workshops, and offices. The library and reading room are located a short distance from these three departments.
