Construction of the roof parapets: Continuous horizontal dowel battens were embedded in the 1.20 m and 2.40 m high reinforced concrete roof parapets at intervals of approximately 40 cm. The substructure, made of impregnated wooden frames and attached to these battens at intervals corresponding to the processed copper strips, is angled at 60° in its lower quarter. A continuous layer of unsanded fiberglass-reinforced bitumen felt was applied to the substructure for insulation. Subsequently, the approximately 5 cm wide, double-folded sliding copper strips (0.7 mm thick, semi-rigid) were attached with clips, with the open side facing outwards.
