The building rises from a rectangular footprint of approximately 248.0 x 54.8 m, reaching a total height of about 7.9 m. It houses two office floors and two continuous, two-storey warehouses. The building has two main entrances on its narrow sides. Freight deliveries are made through large folding doors that allow the warehouses to be opened along their entire length. Four stairwells connect the floors. These extend above the roofline into structures housing the air conditioning and ventilation systems.
