General information on the system principles: This is a modular construction system with a steel support frame, which, as a movable and versatile building block system, enables construction with industrially prefabricated components without unduly restricting design freedom. The system was based on intensive preliminary studies which showed that the existing, efficient building materials industry can provide sufficient semi-finished and finished materials for use in modular construction, without the need to develop new building materials and thus new wall and ceiling elements or exterior elements.
