Construction program: The main building serves as the actual factory building; an annex houses the boiler house, energy transfer station, and gatehouse, as well as a building for storing various gases. The factory building is divided into a two-storey production hall and a three-storey annex. The actual production takes place on the upper floor of the hall, while the ground floor contains the main warehouse, the workshop, part of the development department, and the company laboratory. The three-storey annex contains the kitchen, dining hall, and guest room on the ground floor; the first floor houses all changing rooms, showers, washrooms, and toilets; and the second floor contains the offices for administration and the development department.
