State Employment Office Lower Saxony/Bremen, Hanover
Building and Space Program: The previously separate departments of the office were consolidated here. The building complex, with a volume of 26,300 cubic metres, on a 5,353 square metre plot, is designed to match the roof height of a neighboring school. Furthermore, its layout was designed to minimize disruption to a single-family home area to the north. The building is divided into three six-storey structures, accessed by two integrated stairwells.
