Daycare Centre in Itzehoe in Modular Timber Construction
The entire planning for the special needs day care centre for children with intellectual disabilities, built on the outskirts of Itzehoe, had to be completed within the relatively short timeframe of five months, as the previous facility was no longer operational due to overcrowding. For the same reason, the developer chose a construction system that could be erected quickly and economically. The project could not be accomplished using conventional, handcrafted methods on-site, within a budget that would not exceed the available funds.
