The apartment blocks, each nine stories high and only 24.38 metres tall due to their proximity to the airfield, contain a total of 226 apartments for approximately 730 people. The ground floor houses one-room apartments for retirees. To create a sense of spaciousness and visual openness, the two blocks are arranged parallel but offset from each other. This design combines the advantages of cross-ventilation for all apartments with the cost-effectiveness of a cross-wall construction repeated at close intervals.
