Location and building program: The property is situated on a quiet side street in a purely residential area with eclectic architecture. The attic required a quiet, secluded apartment for an elderly couple, the client himself, with a small, self-contained office area. The young family of their son was to be accommodated in a spacious apartment on the ground floor. The first floor was to be used for two apartments of an affordable size for rent.
