Space program: The building and space program meets the requirements of an intercontinental airport with a traffic volume of approximately 3 million passengers per year. Location: Completely new construction of the runways and terminal building with all other buildings for cargo, services, etc., in the climatically favorable (fog-free) Wahner-Heide region. Conveniently located between Cologne and Bonn with a new road connection to Cologne city centre (15 minutes by car) and preparations for connecting roads to Bonn.
