Office Building with Plastic Exterior Cladding
Load-bearing structure in reinforced concrete. Exterior wall: Substructure made of lightweight metal profiles, screwed together. The aluminium window frames simultaneously serve as the support for the adjacent plastic panels. The window sashes consist of Hostalit Z-profiles as 360-degree reversible sashes with a continuous lip seal made of APTK, a new synthetic rubber material. The elements are screwed together at their top edge and held in place along their sides by snap-on profiles made of Hostalit Z-material. The facade is ventilated.
