Construction: A steel truss structure was chosen, with the architectural form derived from spatial considerations, aiming for the lightest possible construction and maximum natural light. The columns are located externally, primarily to save on the cost of fireproofing. The roof and exterior wall panels are made of insulating panels, with the wall panels coated with a white plastic finish. The supporting structure stands out in a dark colour. The building footprint is 1390 m², and the volume is 9730 m³. Construction costs, including installations, amounted to 535,000 guilders (approximately 338,000 DM).
