Communication: Means of communication include slow-moving electric taxis, covered, moving walkways (some as ramps), a monorail, and a cable car. Colorful polyester strollers are available for rent for babies. The monorail, which encircles the building, offers panoramic views; weary pedestrians can stop at any of the moving walkways. The central access, the traffic flow and pathways, and above all, the subtle, unifying design of the plazas, artificial lakes and canals, the placement of the sophisticated fountains, and the water- and wind-powered sculptures, guide visitors with a sure sense of order from pavilion to pavilion. This allows them to be perceived as a whole and, in the best sense, to function as independent entities.
