Location and building site: On the steep, rocky slope above the beach, along 2.50 m wide pedestrian paths, two types of holiday bungalows were to be built, utilizing the land intensively. Concept: Bungalows of types A and B were grouped in pairs; four are connected to form a building unit. The rectangular structures are staggered along the slope so that each unit has an unobstructed view. The two-storey restaurant building is located near the beach. The reception is situated at the entrance to the complex. The aim was to create a building complex that blended seamlessly into the landscape, without replicating traditional forms.
