The sufficiently large building site allowed the building's height to be tailored to economic considerations and the requirements of internal communication. The building is approximately 155 m long and 90 m wide; the inner courtyard measures approximately 35 x 70 m. The ceiling height on the office floor is approximately 4 m, and on the ground floor approximately 3 m. The ground floor houses computer systems, storage rooms, and other facilities that do not require natural light. The ground floor is enclosed by a wall and features only doorways. Windows are located only on the courtyard side. Staff entrances are on the ground floor, and visitor entrances are on the first floor.
