The statically determinate steel structure with I-beams, main and secondary beams was chosen for economic reasons. Studies showed that lighter structures with lattice girders or underslung beams were more expensive than the use of heavy rolled sections, whose processing costs are relatively low. All walls delineating the traffic routes were assembled from 15 cm thick and 3 m wide precast concrete slabs cast in socket foundations. All other partition walls are made of 10 cm thick gypsum boards.
