With limited resources, two rows of identical, staggered houses were to be built. The buildings, situated on a slope, were arranged in curved lines, enclosing an open square. Two-thirds of the houses are two-storey single-family homes; the remaining third contain apartments for individuals. Street access is provided on the north side of each row of buildings. Continuous green terraces run along the south side.
