It is accessed from the street via a 60-metre-long private driveway, which leads to the property on the west side, the residential side. To the north, west, and south, the site is surrounded by densely packed detached houses. Only the eastern long side offers an unobstructed view of a wooded area. A further disadvantage for the planning was the site's high water table.
