Project + Product: Haus Radong – Conversion of a Pigsty into an Office in Meerbusch
When people talk about modern office planning, they usually mean large companies where many workplaces need to be accommodated within a building in the most economical way possible, while still fostering a sense of identity and promoting employee well-being. The mo.studio office faced entirely different challenges. The renovation of a historic four-sided farmstead wasn't about optimizing space, but rather about adapting the existing building fabric in a way that respected its structure and creating a harmonious interplay between old and new – a highly contemporary approach to creating representative spaces and user-friendly workplaces.
