Factory Plant in Leonberg-Eltingen
The factory building was founded on reinforced concrete strips and individual foundations. Here, too, the basement, including the 25 cm thick ceiling, beams, and columns, were cast in place using reinforced concrete. The concrete floor of the basement and the ceiling above it were designed for a load of 3000 kg/m². The building itself was assembled entirely from precast reinforced concrete elements. The grid dimensions are 7.50 x 7.50 m. The exterior wall panels are 18 cm thick sandwich panels with a 4 cm thick insulating core (Styrofoam).
