The workshop and the owner's residence had to be accommodated on a relatively small site. Due to space constraints, a separation into two separate buildings was not possible. Therefore, a solution was developed that allowed the observation tower to be located above the workshop, offering a panoramic view. The building, with a total enclosed volume of 5545 cubic metres, was constructed on three levels, connected by a spiral staircase designed by the architect (see "Detail" 1/69). The basement houses storage and technical rooms, as well as staff quarters.
