A building site was available for this branch, allowing the construction program to be realized in a detached building, which is always more advantageous for a financial institution than housing it in a mixed-use building. The building is divided into the teller areas on the ground floor and the upper section containing two apartments for teller staff. Construction: The aim was to achieve a design that, in terms of construction and materials, corresponds to the unified architectural concept: load-bearing structure in exposed concrete; infill panels in whitewashed sand-lime brickwork.
